Waited in all day. Rug had fault/hole in it. Told firm and sent photos. They said was not faulty. Would have to return at own cost. Explained consumer rights to them. Their solution was to collect rug one day then deliver a new one on another day? 3 whole days waiting in just before xmas! Have cut my losses and will not buy from this firm again. Had used them this second time as was replacing the same rug we had bought last year. So we knew the rug did not `shed`.
