Exceptional service. I ordered a rug in teal/grey and changed my mind about my colour scheme and wanted the same rug in pink/grey. By the time I decided to change my colour scheme I had the rug for severs weeks. When I rang and asked if I could do an exchange they agreed immediately (original rug still in packaging). Very pleased with the service and outcome
