The rug was not the colour shown on their website and despite me sending clear photo's as evidence, the company refused to accept the evidence and made me pay for the return.
the company states on their website that the average cost of returns is £9. You couldn't return a doormat for this price. I had to pay £86. to return my rug through their recommended couriers.
I will never use this company again.
