Ordered rug which arrived in a reasonable timeframe and was a decent price. Only problem is that the picture on the Modern Rugs website showed a rectangular shape, the measurements described a rectangle-shaped rug and the diagram was again for a rectangular rug but the rug that arrived was a completely different shape, almost the shape of a Christmas tree. So not rectangular. My partner contacted the company to enquire about our order, the lady on the phone apologised and said she would arrange for the rug to be collected which it was and we were given a receipt on collection. But since then, nothing. The right rug still hasn't arrived and this scam company still has my money - baring in mind the wrong rug was re-collected at the beginning of December and it's now 14th January the following year. Either send me what I actually ordered or give me my money back. Appalling service. The only reason I'm giving a review of Poor rather than Very Poor is because the lady on the phone was so nice. Just a shame she works for such a terrible, thieving company.
