Communication with status of order delivery wasn't good, had to phone to find out and no alerts given on delivery day/time. Lucky I was at home to receive as it actually arrived 2/3 days earlier, which meant I paid an extra £20 for a Saturday delivery, which was rather annoying...should have requested refund on special Sat delivery, but never got round to it?
