Ordered a rug for Christmas in early December. Checked the ‘up to’ working days for delivery and it would arrive just in time at the very latest and so placed the order
The week before Christmas was contacted saying it would be delayed, then told on the phone it was fine, then informed our if stock until FEBRUARY
As a result I email customer services twice, asking if they could recommend a similar product that would arrive in time for Christmas and got no reply. Still awaiting a reply nearly 4 weeks later for that matter. Awful
