I ordered my rug before reading the reviews of this company. After my purchase I had a look to find they didn't have great responses BUT I have NOT had any issues at all I emailed t9 confirm they had my rug in stock and it was delivered the next working day! The only issue o had was I waited in for my delivery and it arrived at 4.30 when I went out as they didn't give me a time slot.
