Ordering process was straight forward. Love the rug. I was desperate to get away from bland creams and greys, so this was perfect with its rich, earthy colours. It looked lighter in colour on the website, but I still love it.
Delivery was slower than I would have liked, but I have got used to things arriving within a couple of days. This took over a week. It was worth waiting for though.
