I've always been very pleased with both my purchases and customer services. When I had to return some rugs for exchange (nothing wrong with the item just didn't like the colour) there has never been a problem with refunds/exchanges. I have now bought 4 small bedside rugs, 2 large rugs and a hall runner from Modern Rugs and have been very pleased with all of them.
