Modern Rugs kept me up to date on the arrival of my rug. The delivery company wasn't so good. I nominated a place for them to deliver my rug to but despite this they still brought it to my home when I wasn't in. It meant that I had to wait a another day for it to arrive. Which was slightly annoying but the lovely rug made up for it!!
