Our initial attempt to buy rugs was a disaster with lots of time wasting and us getting a refund out of the blue. So we did not get what we wanted. However our second attempt which also was a made to measure size went absolutely perfectly. The rugs are absolutely fine. Very soft, and nice to walk on. Delivery time was good and had this been our only attempt to purchase we would have had no cause to criticise. So after a bad start we were successful and happy in the end.
