Very disappointed. Ordered a rug. Didn't arrive by delivery date...called only to be told out of stock. Placed an order for an alternative by phone...stock checked whilst on phone and advised Yes in stock. Next day email saying out of stock.
Managed to get the same rug from Wayfair.
