Bought the Esprit sparkle outdoor rug from Modern Rugs to use in my en suite. The rug came directly from the manufacturer, rather than from MR and it had a fault in it. Contacted Modern Rugs and they arranged for collection of the faulted rug at a time which suited me and arranged for a replacement to be delivered. Very happy with the service, the rug was at a good price and I would definitely use Modern Rugs again.
