Our experience of Modern Rugs got better. The sisal runner we ordered was sent but was the wrong smaller size. They responded on a Sunday, despite being officially closed, and gathered the necessary information from us. In a few days the exchange was made satisfactorily and we like the runner we ordered. It is well made and robust - we had feared a thinner rug - and it has a non slip back. This wasn't clear from the web as I recall. All in all the process needs a small review but the product was better than expected. They nearly made a 'very good'.
