I have given 4 stars because the rug is good quality and very heavy. However I had expected a brown shade and received a practically white shade. Customer service were very kind and explained it was their perception of the colour but I do think that perhaps they should provide samples as the website colour does look brown. However that said I kept the rug and put it in my bedroom and ordered a brown rug from elsewhere for I must say less than half of what |I'd paid for this rug.
