Excellent rug quality and price. Very speedy delivery. Only slight criticism is that i planned on delivery being 5 to 7 day's as per website but got email to say earlier when we were away. Sorted it out on the phone but luckily checked tracking to find again it was going to be delivered a day earlier again so another phone call to sort. If i hadnt checked tracking and took their word on delivery date we would still have been away and it was a large rug.
