We were very impressed with the fast delivery service. The rug itself is lovely and we are very happy with it. Slightly concerned that there appeared to be a fault in the weave when we unrolled it, but it looked like it was an effect of being packed and it was easily corrected with some slight brushing. I would definitely use this company again.
