Very pleasant service from modern rugs but delivery by ups was terrible said they had called when they hadn't took 3 attempts and calls to their customer service people before rug was finally delivered then it was 1 1/2 hours late told by driver the van had broken down even though as I tracked item they said they had tried to deliver at 10.30 am a blatant lie as I had sat awaiting delivery.
I paid extra for delivery before noon but wish I had not bothered service extremely poor.
