This response relates to the person who took my call.
I ordered a rug in the Internet and followed up with a phone call to ask about delivery. I explained that I would not be in to receive the rug until Friday as I was away. I was advised that their deliveries were sent out on Thursdays so my rug would be received on Friday or Monday. I subsequently get email from UPS on Wednesday saying they will deliver on Thursday!! Such a simple request you would have thought.
