As an older person and not good with the computer, I phoned your company and spoke to one of your ladies who was so helpful nothing was to much trouble for her to get my rug sorted she was very caring and sorted it all out for me and I received my rug very quickly with no fuss a great member of staff and a fantastic rug at a very very good price Mrs Giles herne bay Kent .
