Quick, efficient service. This is the second rug I’ve purchased. The duck egg rug I bought was great colour. It feels soft underfoot. I’ve noticed after 2 weeks that it is shedding all the long thin shiny strands which I keep finding on the floorboards! Apart from that it’s great.
