Placed an order in June for a rug which at the time was out of stock. I was made aware that the the stock was due to arrive end of August so I was happy to wait.
When end of August came, no communication from the seller to advise when the rug would be dispatched. I made a phone call to them & was advised the Rug is due to arrive on the 30th, & they would ship to me next day for free.
Guess what it's now passed 30th August again no communication from seller, I had made another call to them and been advised that the Rug is not in stock until the mid September now.
I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. Im constantly having to chase for updates. Still waiting for my Rug, which shows as in stock online.... hmm.
