Ordered a rug just under £300 arrived damaged and dirty, pretty sure it wasn't brand new. customer service only offered refund but the returns policy isn't that simple as you have to arrange courier and wait in all day.
The rug is also big and heavy so difficult to repackage.
The rug its self would have been nice but disappointed paying that much for a less that perfect product.
