I was very impressed with the customer service. I ordered a rug which was delivered quickly but I was dismayed to find that the wrong colour had been sent. I contacted Modern Rugs and they were very apologetic and arranged to collect the rug and send out the correct one very quickly and with no fuss. Good service and good communication. All my E mails were answered very quickly and professionally.
