No problems whatsoever from start to receiving my large carpet.
As the carpet was not in stock I was kept informed throughout until delivered.
My wife was over the moon, just what she wanted. Now its down it feels like it has always been there. It has replaced a 70 year old threadbare BMK same size carpet so it has something to live up to. I think this one will outlive us.
