Was a little anxious about buying online, without seeing/touching the product, but I wanted a designer style which I could not find in local stores. Should not have worried. I ordered over the phone and was thrilled when my kitchen runner and doormat arrived. Lovely quality and super design. All arrived well packed and within the time scale given.
