SHOCKING customer service BREACHING consumer laws. We returned a faulty rug and we were charged £20 for the collection service, because “it was company policy that as long as the rug we received was the one we ordered they wouldn’t cover return cost”, completely ignoring the fact that we returned it as faulty, not because we didn’t like it. Customer Service Rep Craig was totally ignorant to the situation. When explained that this was breaching consumer laws, we didn’t even get a response. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
