Amazing customer service. One of my stones in my engagement started to wiggle in it's setting. I contact customer service and they told me to send it back to them. I was a little nervous because I was sending it from Canada and thought it would be weeks. I sent it on a Thursday and they had it back to me by the following Friday. 8 days to get to Nevada, get repaired and get sent back to Canada. The ring is beautiful and everyone asks me where I got it. You can't go wrong buying from Thai company, ethical stones, great prices and amazing customer services. I will definitely be buying more jewelry from here. I own one of the threw stone engagement sets. Wedding ring is just as beautiful and matches perfectly.
