I ordered a product from Molly Mojo that had been advised by a medical company I use for prescription medication cooling. It arrived quickly and was well wrapped. However, the item was not large enough for my particular syringe device and so the product needed to be returned. This was in no way due to any misinformation or fault of Molly Mojo themselves. Having contacted them they accepted my return and duly processed my refund quickly. I would use Molly Mojo again in future without hesitation.
