The value you get from the intensive driving course is fantastic, the design of it makes it stick in your head permanently. The instructor I had, Roger Hemming, was brilliant, I can't rate him highly enough. He helps you with what you get wrong without raising his voice, he gives praise when you get it right and his teaching methods are effective and efficient. I didn't realise how helpful it is when the instructor speaks clearly without mumbling or talking too quietly and Roger made every instruction clear and easy to hear. The staff organising the lessons are quick to reply to e-mails and the information they provide is excellent.
