Very kind and understanding. Super helpful. They sent me a text and I answered a few short questions and my pump was on its way. I even got a TON of breast milk storage bags too. Because my daughter was a surprise preemie they even expedited my pump for me and checked on her and my status as we were answering questions. It showed they truely cared about their job and helping us moms!
