Easy, helpful, efficient customer service. I tried 1 time to get my pump and voila it was done. No problems at all they worked with my insurance and even helped me bc I selected a pump not completely covered by insurance so I just had to pay the remainder of the balance. I have not ordered any replacement parts yet so I cannot speak on behalf of how they do with that issue. I do need a part so I will see soon how that goes and will update then.
