The lady that answered the phone when I was simply trying to make sure they had what they needed, made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her and she was rude with how she spoke to me. She felt the need to remind me I had just filled out my form every time I’d call to check the status. The service of getting my pump was fast, I wouldn’t use this company again.
