I would give them a 0 if I could. They sent the wrong item, offered me a 10% refund and asked me to sell it myself to save me from shipping costs for a refund. Other 2 items were supposed to be linen/cotton and were very cheap, thin polyester. Although all 3 refunds are due to their mistakes, they do not pay return shipping. They actually asked me to keep one item for free and donate it to charity so they could still make a profit in my purchase! It’s been over 3 months and they are refusing to give me a refund claiming that they haven’t received the items. The quality of the clothing is horrid and the customer service is the worse that I have ever encountered.
