I started working with Monaxa in December 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They terminated my contract abruptly on January 2, 2025, without providing any legitimate reason, proper warning, or explanation. They deactivated my email without telling me a word and I had to send an email to ask HR what happened, then they sent me a termination letter to sign.
From the beginning, the company failed to provide any training or clear guidance. Instead, I was expected to handle multiple roles, including working as a translator and customer service officer, without proper support. The management, especially the Dino manager, was opaque and completely unprofessional. Year-end bonuses were nonexistent, and the policies on holiday pay were utterly exploitative—you only earn a single day of annual leave instead of proper compensation.
The system they use is incredibly complicated and poorly designed, making it a struggle to complete even basic tasks. Transparency is entirely lacking, and data privacy seems like an afterthought. It’s alarming how they handle sensitive user data with such negligence.
Adding to the frustration, they terminated my contract without any prior notice and deactivated my email and access to company systems before even informing me. I only received a termination letter after reaching out to HR myself. They paid only seven days of notice period salary, which is a blatant violation of the contract.
The CEO, Chris, lacks leadership and responsibility, and the overall work culture is toxic. Monaxa is, by far, the worst exchange I have ever worked with, and I would strongly caution anyone against joining or trusting them, or using their service.
