Disgusting service and very disappointed.
I have only hearer good thing about them and decided to open an S&P with them. According to them ai did submit wrong details for my account and rather than putting my name I typed in the banks name Barclays. I sent them my bank statement as the lady requested in the chat and few hours ago instead of receiving a reply my account is frozen! At this stage I am no longer interested and don’t have to deal with incompetent people so I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you Moneybox train your staff properly!!!!!
