Getting a response was impossible````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` when a problem arises. They will delay and delay and delay even if its a relatively simple problem. I assume they just don't care once they have your money. The customer service representatives there were apologetic and seemed to be nice enough so I can only assume it is the people behind them who identify and fix the problem who were dragging their feet. The platform crashes constantly or has inaccuracies. Not sure why anyone would purchase this. Look elsewhere if you don't want to waste time and money.
