I have £140 credit in my account so you reduced my payments but didn’t address the £140, given we are coming out of winter that’s a lot of credit and I need that on my account not yours.
I live below the breadline so that’s a months worth of food I can’t afford not to have.
But Gemma was friendly and helpful.
However the quote was the same as I had been paying which was obviously too much or I wouldn’t be in credit after 6months.
So the advice for someone struggling to pay for basics, is to switch.
