The switch was easy and I saved money but what pleased me was that they answered my call within seconds and the customer service was great. What I am used to is at least a 30 minute wait with Scottish Power and British Gas before them.
Coincidentally, I was calling because Scottish Power were still charging me despite switching over 2 months ago. Moneyplus took care of everything and put me at ease with their practical and simple advice. I am now waiting for a refund from Scottish Power.
