I recently contacted the customer service team to discuss tariff options. The assistant (Ralph) was not only very professional and receptive, he actually did what he said he would do and phoned me back today with a good offer. I have switched energy suppliers several times over the past few years and the MoneyPlus customer focussed approach is a refreshing upgrade!
