Observing that our monthly payment had fallen behind we sought to eradicate the deficit in stages. However having opened up the web my memory failed to recall my password: I needed to reset. In this, over the telephone, and with other computer speak jargon and relevant pages of information I was patiently aided by member of staff Aisha, as also was my wife. Aisha brought our attention to paragraph after paragraph we needed to address/tick in the most sympathetic and understanding manner guiding as she was a couple fast approaching 86! As a reward I hope she was given with a day off!
