Switch took place last weekend, all good. Have been emailed twice for meter readings, but was unable to email them. Believe there was portal issues. However I phoned instead and found your staff extremely helpful and polite. When I asked for my peak and offpeak times it wasn't a problem. First time ever I've been given them, when asked for. Excellent.
