I spoke to a young lady today because I was having problems setting up my registration. She was extremely tolerant,helpful and competent but above all she came over as wanting to help me overcome the problem I was having.
Thanks again, - unfortunately I never recorded her name but if the rest of the service is as good I'll be well pleased I joined MoneyPlus Energy, regards Tony
