I have just switched to money plus energy, and so far the customer service has been excellent. I have managed to get straight through to them on the phone when I needed to sort out a change in details, and also got great advice about the switch over. It’s so nice to have a customer service advisor that knows what they are doing, and sound happy to be helping the customer.
