There was huge confusion and the accounts, I have two, were not entered correctly and I had to spend an hour on the phone sorting it out. The reason I ticked Good was because an amazing person called Aisha calmly and cleverly sorted it out before referring the issues to IT. Only thanks to her and I still with MoneyPlus, lots of problems, all sorted out..marvellous and polite staff.
