Very poor service - happily took payment for some Bose headphones and the website claimed they had several in stock for delivery, but that was not the case. Typically takes customer services over 24 hours to reply to an email and even then these are unclear and provide no information on when the product will be in stock. So far I have waited over a week and still none the wiser if they will ever get the headphones in stock or not....
