Ordered a Samsung galaxy note 5, arrived within the time said which you would expect, however after two days the screen stopped working so I emailed them asking for a refund or a replacement, they told me to take it to a repair shop over 150 miles away from where i live, I emailed back numerous times still getting the same response with very poor english, finally after a few days of no reply from putting in a ticket and emailing them I had to dispute it with paypal and when that finally went through they emailed me very quickly after that saying the refund ticket had been successful. I send the phone back and two days later still no reply to emails or any response from the company so i have to wait a further 10 days for paypal to sort it out, terrible company, terrible customer service and would never use again!
