Although the company claim to have warehouses throughout the world, actually they are a grey import company, dispatching from Hong Kong. There is no manufacturer's warranty attached, the only warranty is from Gadget Monocle itself. I ordered a Nexus 6P. It arrived in reasonable time, but all the written instructions were in Chinese (I got English ones off the internet), and there was no UK plug. I complained, they apologised. GM said to buy a certain charger from Amazon and they would refund me. The one they chose was not correct. I complained, they apologised and offered another. I bought that and sent receipt for refund. The refund came through Paypal and had fees deducted. I complained, they apologised and said they would correct. Then I noticed that they had sent me a 32Gb version, instead of the 64GB I had ordered. I complained, they apologised and asked me to return it and they would replace it. That would mean being without a phone for a few weeks, so I said I would keep the phone if they refunded the difference in price. They agreed and did so. However, they still hadn't sorted out first refund, so went to Paypal and told GM I was doing that. They sorted it faster than anything else they had done. Nothing went right with this transaction and GM were very poor, although always polite. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't ever recommend them
