Bought a Microsoft Lumia 950 .
Due its non compablity to my car i asked for it to return it.
They sent me a approval number ,i packed the phone and sent it back as their instructions and since then i have not heard from them despite many emails.
There is no phone contact to speak to some one.
Lost £350.
Very poor service very dissapointed
