I ordered my samsung galaxy j5 about 5 months ago, it was perfectly fine and everything was okay with the phone. Recently I took my phone off charge and when I went to go on my phone the screen was not working AT ALL. I contacted gadget monocle, and it so conveniently happens that the 2 year warranty they state, started the month after I brought my phone and therefore I would have to pay for the repair myself. Very poor service and very rude lady that emailed me about this problem. I now do not have a phone.
